Compression:
The foam layers undergo a compression process using a compression mattress machine to ensure durability and uniformity.
Trimming and Shaping:
All sides of the mattress are automatically trimmed and shaped for a clean finish on the sponge mattress production line.
Inner Cover Edge Binding:
The mattress is automatically fitted with an inner fabric composite, utilizing edge-binding techniques that save up to 20 yuan per inner layer in the sponge mattress production process.
Manual Outer Cover Installation:
Workers manually fit the outer cover onto the mattress during the later stages of the sponge mattress production.
Inspection:
Each mattress undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure quality standards.
Compression Packaging:
The mattress is compressed, rolled, and packed into boxes using a compression mattress machine for easy handling and shipping.
