In the manufacturing testing of vacuum rolled mattresses, ensuring equipment performance and product quality is crucial. Manufacturers should focus on the following aspects: compression efficiency, rolling tightness, and product recovery performance.
First, when testing compression efficiency, the machine's compression pressure and uniformity must be verified. For vacuum rolled mattresses, the compression force is typically set between 10 and 15 tons, ensuring the compressed thickness deviation is within ±2%.
Second, rolling tightness is a critical factor. During testing, the rolling machine must ensure the mattress is tightly rolled without damaging the material. Engineers should adjust the machine's tension and speed to ensure the rolled product maintains stable dimensions and is easy to transport and store.
Finally, product recovery performance must be evaluated. Vacuum rolled mattresses should quickly regain their original thickness and shape upon unpacking, with no permanent deformation. Testing requires that the mattress fully recovers within 24 hours to meet consumer expectations.
